A SWEET RECIEPE

GRANDMA LAKE'S SOUR CREAM APPLE PIE

9 INCH PASTRY PIE PAN

3/4 CUP SUGAR

3 TABLE SPOONS FLOUR

1 CUP SOUR CREAM

1 EGG BEATEN

1/2 TEASPOON VANILLA

1/4 TEASPOON SALT

2-3 CUP CHOPPED APPLES (ANY KIND OR MIX)

LINE PIE PAN WITH CRUST

BAKE AT 350 FOR 7 MINUTES

LET COOL

THEN

MIX SUGAR AND FLOUR

ADD SOUR CREAM AND THE REST

ADD APPLES LAST INTO SHELL

BAKE AT 350 FOR 30 MINUTES

TOPPING:

1/2 CUP OF BROWN SUGAR

6 TABLESPOOONS OF FLOUR

1 TEASPOON OF CINNAMAN

1/4 CUP OF BUTTER

BLEND TILL CRUMBLY

SPREAD ON PIE

BAKE ANOTHER TEN MIUTES
