GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – A unique restaurant pairing is coming to Green Bay as Applebee’s and IHOP prepare to operate under one roof.
The Applebee’s at 900 Hansen Road is currently closed, but new banners hanging outside the building are teasing what’s to come. One banner reads “Coming Soon,” with Applebee’s on one end and IHOP on the other, suggesting the two brands will share the space.

While an opening date has not been announced, the banner promises “the wait will be worth it.” Another sign indicates the business is hiring staff ahead of the launch.
More details about the joint restaurant concept are expected in the coming weeks.
