(WFRV) – Manufacturing Madness has reached its second round, and the Top 8 products have been announced for the 10th annual ‘Coolest Thing Made in Wisconsin’ contest.
After the head-to-head bracket-style tournament began on October 2, eight products have advanced through the first round of fan voting, including products such as Carbliss, Sargento Natural American Sliced Cheese, and Kikkoman Soy Sauce.

Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce (WMC) and Johnson Financial Group announced the Top 8 on Wednesday, October 8. The contest aims to showcase Wisconsin’s vibrant and diverse manufacturing industry, including its $73 billion economic impact and nearly 500,000 jobs.
“We’re continually inspired by how passionately Wisconsinites rally around this competition,” said Kurt Bauer, President & CEO of WMC. “With the thousands of votes already cast this year, it’s clear that people across the state are eager to make their voices heard.”

Voting for the Top 4 begins at 8 a.m. on Thursday, October 9, and ends at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, October 14. The winner will be announced on October 23.
