The latest northeast Wisconsin weather forecast from Storm Team 5…
High pressure will control our weather Monday as lots of sunshine and fairly light winds will be the focus. The normal high is 43 degrees, and most communities will be right around there in the afternoon.
We are watching a developing storm system that will impact the southern-half of the area Tuesday early morning into the afternoon. This will likely be a mix of rain and snow, and a few areas might pick up some slushy snow accumulations up to an inch or two. Most areas should get under one inch of snow accumulation as this round of precipitation will mix with rain, and also melt on contact with the ground as temperatures will be above freezing when it falls.
The end of the week is looking very nice. We have the gun season opener on Saturday and the next Packers home game against the Vikings at noon. Both days should feature dry weather and seasonably warm temperatures.
