(WFRV) – After much speculation and rumors swirling around, the oldest brewery in America officially announced it will be expanding to the Badger State.
Yuengling, founded in 1829 in the coal-mining town of Pottsville, Pennsylvania, has a storied history in which it has survived multiple fires, prohibition, and has brewed beer in America for nearly 200 years.

The historic brewery, via social media, announced on Monday that it will be expanding to Wisconsin in January 2026, with more details on launch timing, brand availability, and retailer information expected to be shared in the near future.
For now, “Welcome to the Yuengling family, Wisconsin!”
