APPLETON, Wis. (WFRV) – Appleton International Airport (ATW) unveiled on Thursday its partnership with Supple Restaurant Group as the duo prepares to open a new yet familiar place to dine.
Fratellos Craft Kitchen & Bar at Appleton International Airport will be housed in the airport’s new concourse and be open to ticketed flyers looking to grab some food and drink while awaiting their boarding.

The restaurant will include many of its most popular items located at its riverfront location in Appleton, serving food from all meals throughout the day.
In addition, Appleton International Airport announced the name and logo for the ATW Biergarten, featuring special beers from the Fox River Brewing Company, which is also owned by the Supple Restaurant Group.

The ATW Biergarten will feature regional drinks as well, including the following:
- Fox River Just Plane Lager (specially brewed for the ATW Biergarten)
- Blu Bobber Blueberry Ale
- Titletown 400 Honey Ale
- New Glarus Spotted Cow
“Our restaurant group has proudly served guests in Northeast Wisconsin for over 50 years, and we are honored to partner with Appleton Airport,” Jay Supple, CEO of Fratellos and the Supple Restaurant Group said via a release. “Our Fratellos team is excited to showcase our cuisine and hospitality to all airport guests and be a part of such a forward-thinking organization.”

The new concourse is part of the massive $66 million expansion project at Appleton International Airport, which will more than double the size of the facility.
