Tonight, the weather will still remain quiet, with cloudy overcast skies holding steady. Lows only fall into the low to mid 30s. The winds stay breezy out of the NE between 10-20mph.

Wednesday will be a messy day as a strong Spring storm is expected to make its way into the area. Your drive to work will likely be okay, but is the lunch hour and the evening commute where conditions will deteriorate. A rain and snow mix will arrive mid morning with a few non severe thunderstorms possible followed by a slow transition over to wet snow is expected. We should all be over to snow by the evening.. Highs reach the mid 30s to around 40. Winds will also be strong, gusting 30-35mph.

A WINTER STORM WATCH has been issued for Langlade and northern Marinette counties from Wednesday at 1pm through Thursday at 1am. This will likely get upgraded to a Winter Storm Warning.

Snow totals for most of the viewing area will be a slushy, moisture logged 1-3″, with lower totals along the lakeshore and into the southern Fox Valley where the change over happens later. Higher totals north and west of the Fox Valley.

Thursday is the first official day of Spring and it wont be a bad day, just windy. Highs around 40 under a mix of sun and clouds. Friday, highs surge into the 56s, however a weak trough will slide through overnight, and we could see a few mixed showers.

The weekend is mainly quiet, however, a chance of snow is possible Sunday night into Monday.
