Authorities identify woman killed in suspected OWI crash in Wisconsin

DUNN, Wis. (WFRV) – Authorities have identified the woman who died after being hit by a 17-year-old allegedly driving while intoxicated.

According to the Dunn County Sheriff’s Office, the victim was 54-year-old Ann M. Seidl of Eau Claire. Deputies stated that Seidl, who was jogging shortly before 7:15 a.m. on March 29, was wearing bright clothing, including a reflective traffic safety vest, and was running on the correct side of the highway when she was struck.

4-year-old hurt following a two-vehicle head-on crash in Fond du Lac County

The driver, identified as 17-year-old Addison S. Bowell of Menomonie, is expected to make her initial court appearance Monday for a bond hearing.

Authorities allege that Bowell was operating while intoxicated at the time of the crash.
