FOND DU LAC, Wis. (WFRV) – A man from southeastern Wisconsin, who was reportedly out on a $500 cash bond for fleeing, was arrested after leading Fond du Lac County deputies on a pursuit.
According to the Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office, a 45-year-old man from Milwaukee was taken to the Fond du Lac County Jail on multiple felony charges after a three and a half mile pursuit on Friday night.

Around 9:10 p.m., a deputy made a traffic stop on a vehicle for an equipment violation on South Military Road and I-41. After the driver was reportedly asked to step out of the vehicle, he allegedly refused.
One deputy used his Taser when the driver allegedly went to put the car in drive. However, the Taser was unsuccessful, and the man sped away from the traffic stop.
During the 3.5-mile pursuit, the driver hit two different roundabouts, a curb, and caused damage to the lawn of a private business after a PIT maneuver. Shortly after, another PIT maneuver was used to end the pursuit.
The 45-year-old from Milwaukee was reportedly out on a $500 cash bond through Brown County for felony Fleeing/Eluding.
Police arrest 22 in western Wisconsin drug house raid
He faces the following charges:
- Fleeing/Eluding
- 2nd-Degree Reckless Endangering Safety
- Felony Bail Jumping
- Criminal Damage to Property
No deputies were injured, but two squads were minorly damaged.
