The first students gathered on their respective buses to tour the farm. Following the tour, students broke into groups and visited eight different stations to learn about the various fields of the agriculture industry.
Students in attendance also got to do hands-on work to learn about each field, letting them explore potential interests and build upon a foundation to determine their high-school coursework.
KCEDC started ‘Ag Career Days’ 13 years ago to help students manage and learn about their potential agricultural interests.
