Two teens arrested after early morning burglary in Fond du Lac

FOND DU LAC, Wis. (WFRV) – A 17-year-old and a 19-year-old from the Fond du Lac area were taken into custody following an alleged burglary early Thursday morning.

According to the Fond du Lac Police Department, officers responded shortly before 4 a.m. to Supply Plus on W. Johnson Street after a commercial glass-break alarm was triggered. When officers arrived, they found clear signs of forced entry, including a shattered window and damaged door.

Authorities remind drivers to buckle up after semi-truck crash in neighboring state

A perimeter was quickly established, and officers issued commands to anyone inside. Two suspects then exited the building voluntarily and were taken into custody without incident.

Both are being held at the Fond du Lac County Jail and are facing burglary and criminal damage to property charges.
