(WFRV) – The Cellcom outage has caused problems for countless customers in the last few weeks, and the company is charging less on upcoming bills as it hopes to ‘regain trust’ from its users.
As a result of the outages, Cellcom customers will pay a smaller bill in July, the company confirmed in a statement on Friday afternoon.

“We know the recent disruption shook your trust and we’re serious about earning it back,” the company said in a statement. “We’re applying an automatic adjustment for our outage time on July bills – no action needed.”
The company added that a second adjustment will also be available for eligible customers.
And because our care goes beyond the expected, eligible customers can also activate our Double the Downtime offer — a second adjustment equal to your outage time, getting you to twice the value of your downtime.
