GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – A brand new luxurious apartment complex designed for adults aged 55 and up is finally open in Green Bay ahead of tenant move-ins in September.
The Promenade, located right in the heart of the city, is an 83-unit complex with upscale styles, wellness activities and a plethora of other amenities designed to provide an independent but communal environment.

The amenities are vast, with a private dog park, a golf simulator, professional-grade pickleball courts and learning opportunities through the Brown County Library on-site and a partnership with the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
In addition, each floor features community lounges for people to gather, relax and connect. There’s also an outdoor heated swimming pool and a fully stocked fitness center for people looking to get into and/or stay in shape.
