GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – The Wisconsin Legislative Black Caucus launched its statewide listening tour Monday evening with a town hall in Green Bay, joined by members of the Legislative Hispanic Caucus.
Hosted by State Rep. Amaad Rivera-Wagner (D-Green Bay), the discussion began at 5 p.m. at Starz Barber & Beauty on Main Street. Lawmakers wrapped up early to take part in a 6 p.m. community roundtable on Green Bay Area Public Schools student safety measures at Preble High School.
The free, public event marks the first stop of the Black Caucus’ tour, aimed at gathering input from residents across Wisconsin.
