TOMAH, Wis. (WFRV) – A Wisconsin man faces sexual assault charges in three separate counties across the state for alleged sex crimes against both underage girls and adult women.
The Tomah Police Department reported that 24-year-old Owen Sindelar of Beaver Dam was arrested as a result of the investigation, which began in May 2025, concerning a reported sexual assault of an underage girl.

The investigation found that Sindelar had reportedly traveled around the state to commit sexual assaults against both minors and adult women. A joint effort from multiple agencies led to his arrest.
Sindelar was already out on felony bond in Dane and Dodge Counties, and is currently on a $250,000 cash bond in Monroe County.

- Second Degree Sexual Assault of a Child
- Child Enticement – Sexual Contact
- Possession of Child Pornography (10 counts)
- Monroe County
- Second Degree Sexual Assault of a child
- Second Degree Sexual Assault – Intoxicated Victim
- Exposing Genitals to a Child
- False Imprisonment
- Neglecting a Child
- Possession of Child Pornography
- Adult Contributing to Underage Alcohol Consumption
- Felony Bail Jumping
The investigation is ongoing, with assistance from the Dane, Dodge and Monroe County Sheriff’s Offices as well as the Lake Delton Police Department.
