(WFRV) – Authorities in the Midwest arrested a driver that had a BrAC at a level that some medical professionals say is deadly.
The Nebraska State Patrol posted on its Facebook page about a recent DUI arrest. On October 19 a driver was arrested and had a BrAC of .409, the post said.
Officials said that not every DUI included a BrAC that high, but every impaired driver risks injury for everyone on the road.
