LAKE GENEVA, Wis. (WFRV) – A 15-year-old boy in Lake Geneva is facing possible charges after authorities executed a search warrant that allegedly uncovered dozens of files related to child pornography.
According to the Lake Geneva Police Department, a search was conducted Monday at a home in the 1200 block of Madison Street following a tip from the Wisconsin Department of Justice’s Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.

Investigators identified a 15-year-old boy as the suspect. Charges referred to the Walworth County Youth Justice system include 73 counts of possession of child pornography and one count of possession of virtual child pornography.

Authorities say additional charges may be filed as the investigation continues.
Due to the suspect’s age, police are not releasing his name. No further details have been made available.
