MADISON, Wis. (WFRV) – A 21-year-old man in Wisconsin was cited by police for discharging a firearm on March 13.
According to the Madison Police Department, officers were sent to an apartment around the 1200 block of Mac Arthur Road on March 13 around 10:45 p.m. for a report of a man with a gunshot wound.
Wisconsin man arrested after accidental shooting in hotel
The man, a licensed concealed carry weapon holder, was taken to the hospital after it was revealed he accidentally shot himself while cleaning his gun.
He was cited for discharging a firearm. No additional details were provided.
