BEAVER DAM, Wis. (WFRV) – Authorities continue to urge the public to remain vigilant as the Amber Alert for 16-year-old Sophia Franklin remains active.
The Beaver Dam Police Department stated on social media that they are following up on all tips and thanked those who have shared the alert.

“Thank you to all who continue to share and spread this alert,” officials said. “It only takes one right tip to get her home.”
Franklin is believed to be with Gary Day, who has a no-contact order with her. She is three months pregnant, and Day is reportedly the father of the unborn child.

Authorities ask the public to watch for Day’s vehicle, a 2014 Buick LaCrosse with Arkansas license plate BBR 20L. He is also known to use a Pennsylvania plate, KGW 5186.
