Cooler temps Tuesday, more warm weather later this week

Two record setting days in a row with a high of 60 degrees Sunday and 65 degrees Monday! Now, cooler weather is pushing in with a cold front and we’ll feel near normal March temperatures returning today. 50 and 60 degree weather comes back later this week, so no worries if you weren’t able to take advantage of the recent warm up. Our next widespread rain chance is slotted for either late Friday night or Saturday morning.

Today, a few clouds and a morning breeze, then lots of sunshine afternoon with dropping afternoon winds. After temperatures in the 30s this morning, we’ll have highs in the lower and middle 40s for the second half of the day. Cooler, with afternoon highs in the 30s near the lake with a breeze from Lake Michigan.

Tonight, partly to mostly cloudy skies with a chance of flurries across the north overnight. The low is 30 degrees.

Mostly sunny on Wednesday with highs going up to 49 degrees.

A nice day on Thursday with a high of 57 degrees with mostly sunny skies.

Partly cloudy with winds picking up Friday. The high increases to 65 degrees! Rain or some thunder is possible late at night.

Rain and thunder as the day gets going on Saturday. It will be a very windy day with gusts approaching 50 mph. There may also be some spotty showers when we hit afternoon highs in the lower and middle 60s.

Gusty winds on Sunday and much cooler with a high of 37 degrees. Some flurries or a brief snow shower could form in the morning, but accumulations are not expected.
