GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – On Wednesday, the Green Bay Clerk’s Office announced the various license deadlines for food trucks, direct sellers, and liquor sales ahead of the 2025 NFL Draft.
Ahead of the three-day event beginning on April 24 in Green Bay, the earliest deadline approaching is for mobile food vendors on April 3.
The deadline to file the Limited Expansion of Licensed Premises is also April 3 for currently licensed liquor establishments (Class “B” and “Class B”).

April 10 marks the deadline for those wanting to become a direct seller during the various NFL Draft festivities. Officials say that direct seller permits are assigned to a location and not the individual. A solicitor permit would be issued for the individual and not a location.
