Manitowoc Police seek public’s help in identifying dog involved in biting incident

MANITOWOC, Wis. (WFRV) – The Manitowoc Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a dog and locating its owner after a biting incident in the city.

The incident occurred near Lower Schuette Park, 3800 Broadway St., between 1:30 and 2:00 p.m. on Monday. According to police, the victim was walking a dog when another unsupervised dog approached. The victim attempted to read the collar tags on the dog when they were bitten.
