Motorcyclist dies after crashing into trees in Waupaca County

WAUPACA, Wis. (WFRV) – A 46-year-old man is dead after crashing his motorcycle into several trees near a county highway in Waupaca County on Tuesday.

According to the Waupaca County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were called to the scene shortly after 1:45 p.m. near County Highway E and Casey Road.

When authorities arrived, they found bystanders performing life-saving measures. Deputies took over, but the man was pronounced dead at the scene.

A preliminary investigation revealed the motorcyclist was traveling north on County Highway E when he entered a ditch and struck multiple trees along Casey Road.

The crash remains under investigation. No additional details have been released.
