GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – The Green Bay Packers have reportedly signed linebacker Isaiah Simmons to a one-year deal.
According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, the former eighth overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft visited Green Bay about two weeks ago. Simmons spent the last two seasons with the New York Giants but was originally drafted by the Arizona Cardinals.

Simmons played in 17 games for the Giants in 2024, registering 21 tackles, including 12 solo. He appeared in 17% of the available defensive snaps in games he played, totaling 181 snaps.
The 26-year-old Nebraska native stands 6 feet 4 inches tall and weighs about 240 pounds. He played college football at Clemson, winning national championships in 2016 and 2018.
