MILWAUKEE, Wis. (WFRV) – Police in Wisconsin made a pair of separate busts on Tuesday resulting in several arrests, both yielding several firearms and drugs.
Both busts were performed by officers in Milwaukee Police District 4.
Tuesday – 5600 block of North 35th Street
According to the Milwaukee Police Department, officers executed a search warrant in the 5600 block of North 35th Street on Tuesday morning, and upon arrival, a person was found sleeping in a vehicle.
The subject woke up on contact and fled in the vehicle. The suspect driver subsequently fled on foot in the 3600 block of West Hampton Avenue, and officers saw the subject throwing a bag on the ground.
Officers recovered the bag which revealed 19.05 grams of heroin, 23.7 grams of crack cocaine and 12.33 grams of cocaine. Officers seized 9.83 grams of heroin, 139 grams of THC and multiple guns as a result of the search warrant.
The man was taken into custody as charges are pending.
Tuesday – 3100 block of West Villard Avenue
The Milwaukee Police Department said that around 6:20 p.m., District 4 officers witnessed a reckless vehicle and attempted to stop the vehicle, which subsequently fled, leading to a pursuit.

Officers deployed stop sticks and disabled the suspect vehicle in the 4100 block of North 22nd Street. Four people left the vehicle and were quickly arrested after a foot pursuit. One of the arrests was a juvenile.
A quick investigation revealed that the vehicle in question had been reported stolen, and two guns were recovered alongside narcotics.
