WAUZEKA, Wis. (WFRV) – A driver and passenger were recently arrested on multiple drug-related charges following a traffic stop in Wisconsin, authorities said.
According to a release from the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office, Deputies stopped a vehicle on State Highway 60 in the Township of Wauzeka at 1:11 a.m. on April 29.

The driver of the vehicle, 59-year-old Kenneth Lippitt from Footville, was found to be driving with a revoked license and was showing signs of drug-related impairment.
Officials say a K9 from the Richland County Sheriff’s Office was then utilized and alerted to the presence of one or more controlled substances in the vehicle.
Following a search of the vehicle, deputies found and seized drug paraphernalia and hypodermic needles that were loaded with liquid methamphetamine.
Lippitt was arrested on the following charges:
- Operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of a restricted controlled substance (2nd Offense)
- Operating while revoked
- Possession of methamphetamine
- Possession of methamphetamine paraphernalia

A passenger in the vehicle, 54-year-old Debra Anderson from Broadhead, was also said to be arrested on the charge of possession of methamphetamine paraphernalia.
