BURLINGTON, Wis. (WFRV) – Two individuals avoided injuries after a major crash involving a dump truck on County Highway J in southeastern Wisconsin.
According to a release, at around 1:00 p.m. on Sept. 26, 2024, Kansasville Fire & Rescue was sent to the intersection of County Highway J and Ketterhagen Road.

Upon arrival, authorities found an SUV with significant front-end damage parked along the south edge of the eastbound lane of Ketterhagen Road.
Additionally, a dump truck was stopped facing northbound in the southbound lane of County Highway J.
Law enforcement found debris all over the roadway and oil/fluid spilled in a path from the impact point in the intersection.
A preliminary investigation revealed that the SUV had been traveling westbound on Ketterhagen Road when it hit the side of the dump truck, which was traveling northbound on County Highway J.
Both drivers escaped the crash without any significant injuries.
