WISCONSIN (WFRV) – Authorities in Wisconsin arrested a man and located a missing juvenile following an investigation into the possession of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

In January 2025, the Oak Creek Police Department received a referral from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children regarding an Oak Creek resident allegedly in possession of CSAM.

Detectives launched an investigation, and in March 2025, they took the suspect into custody. During an interview, the suspect confessed and provided details about the amount of CSAM in their possession.

Based on the information gathered, authorities obtained and executed a search warrant at the suspect’s residence. A child interviewed during the investigation reported being sexually assaulted by the suspect.

The Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office has charged the suspect with second-degree sexual assault of a child and six counts of possession of child pornography.

While working on the CSAM case, Oak Creek police also located a missing juvenile.
