(WFRV) – A federal grand jury in the Western District of Wisconsin returned an indictment against a 33-year-old Wisconsin woman charged with three counts of bank fraud.
The indictment alleged that Samantha Watters of Boscobel worked as a teller at a BMO Harris Bank in Lancaster between March 2023 and October 2023, when she stole from clients.

Watters allegedly made unauthorized withdrawals from several customers’ accounts totaling roughly $134,498.
Watters faces up to 30 years in prison for each count, which stem from an investigation by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and Lancaster Police Department.
